📋 Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years proven success in high-volume recruitment
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, relationship-building
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and social media for sourcing

• Familiarity with recruitment for digital marketing roles
• Bilingual in Spanish
