You'll respond to maintenance and repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers at a student living property. Your core impact is ensuring safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while delivering optimal service to residents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain physical condition of property per SOPs and OSHA
• Execute maintenance objectives and daily assignments
• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely manner
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning coils and lubricating equipment

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8+ hours per day and lift up to 100 lbs
• Basic computer operations proficiency
