You'll build text- and voice-based AI agents for a vertically-integrated logistics product. You'll shape technical strategy, mentor peers, and drive features end-to-end at a fast-paced startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product, design, and leadership to define AI system architecture
• Own end-to-end design and delivery of complex features
• Lead technical discussions and architectural reviews
• Establish engineering best practices for AI-driven features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience leading projects end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to design and ship production-grade systems
• Extreme curiosity about LLMs and Agentic AI architectures
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
