💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve digital customer success programs across the customer lifecycle for a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You'll design, build, and optimize targeted digital journeys to drive customer activation, adoption, and growth. This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys building programs from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and launch digital customer success campaigns across onboarding, activation, and growth stages.
• Build scalable customer journeys that drive key milestones using content-led interventions.
• Monitor program performance with metrics like activation, engagement, and retention.
• Use A/B testing and cohort analysis to optimize campaign tone, timing, and targeting.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Digital Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, or a related SaaS role.
• Proven success building lifecycle or digital success programs with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle including onboarding and retention.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools for campaign optimization.
• Experience with 1Password and/or cybersecurity domain knowledge.
