💼 About This Role

You'll own the post-click journey for beauty brands L'ange and OFIR, focusing on converting traffic into repeat buyers through conversion rate optimization and lifecycle strategies. Your core impact will be lowering CAC and scaling LTV by analyzing Shopify bounce rates and running A/B tests across email, ads, and landing pages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze Shopify bounce and conversion rates to propose site improvements
• Build and manage daily campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Run weekly A/B tests on ad copy and landing page offers
• Maintain a weekly Growth Dashboard tracking MER and customer spend

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in DTC (Beauty/Skincare preferred)
• Deep proficiency in Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical background in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with Shopify apps (Upsells, Subscriptions, Reviews)

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in scaling small budgets into larger spend tiers
• Ability to edit simple video/static assets for quick turnaround
