Description

You will oversee the end-to-end student experience for the BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade programme, including curriculum design, faculty management, and quality assurance. You'll facilitate learning and ensure a seamless, supportive journey for students at ALCHE.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Business Management, Business Administration or related subjects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership development, experiential education, or similar roles within higher education.
  • Proven experience in curriculum design, development, and quality assurance in higher education.
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies, such as Canvas.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end student and faculty experience for the BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade programme.
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for teaching, learning and assessment delivery.
  • Oversee faculty development and performance management.
  • Review and redesign curriculum in collaboration with various teams.
  • Ensure use of evidence-based pedagogical approaches.
  • Collaborate with global experts to curate learning experiences.
  • Facilitate learning through class sessions, office hours, and feedback.
  • Lead annual program review and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure learning materials meet internal and external quality standards.
  • Review LMS reports and collaborate with support teams for student intervention.
  • Participate in assessment board and Senate committees.
