Description
You will oversee the end-to-end student experience for the BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade programme, including curriculum design, faculty management, and quality assurance. You'll facilitate learning and ensure a seamless, supportive journey for students at ALCHE.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Business Management, Business Administration or related subjects.
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership development, experiential education, or similar roles within higher education.
- Proven experience in curriculum design, development, and quality assurance in higher education.
- Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies, such as Canvas.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end student and faculty experience for the BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade programme.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for teaching, learning and assessment delivery.
- Oversee faculty development and performance management.
- Review and redesign curriculum in collaboration with various teams.
- Ensure use of evidence-based pedagogical approaches.
- Collaborate with global experts to curate learning experiences.
- Facilitate learning through class sessions, office hours, and feedback.
- Lead annual program review and implement enhancements.
- Ensure learning materials meet internal and external quality standards.
- Review LMS reports and collaborate with support teams for student intervention.
- Participate in assessment board and Senate committees.
