Description

Lead large cross-functional programs linked to Ripple's products, working closely with product and engineering teams to design robust systems, remove roadblocks, and ensure high development velocity. You will develop department-level priorities and strategy, reduce ambiguity, and communicate with clarity across teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of release or project management experience in complex enterprise tech environments
• Ability to use data and analytics to track trends and project health
• Understanding of software development and project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Experience coordinating cross-functionally and influencing without authority
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets and knowledge of Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, or Blockchain ecosystems

• Reduce ambiguity and risk by proactively identifying bottlenecks and making data-driven decisions
• Communicate with purpose to bring cross-functional teams together
• Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making
