You'll support the people operations backbone of a growing tech company by maintaining HR data, systems, and processes. Your core impact will be enabling smarter, faster decisions about our workforce through accurate analytics and reporting. This role directly helps scale recruiting, onboarding, and employee programs as Samba grows globally.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Maintain and analyze HR data on headcount, attrition, and compensation
- Support reporting and dashboard creation for People team leadership
- Assist with HRIS administration, data integrity audits, and system updates
- Coordinate HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and engagement surveys
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven environments
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive employee information
✨ Nice to Have
- HRIS exposure (Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
- Interest in building a career in People Operations or HR Analytics
