You'll join the Pre Sales team at smava, an online credit comparison FinTech, optimizing customer data records over the phone and guiding clients toward the best loan. You'll help improve our quality management processes while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize and complete customer data records via phone (outbound)
• Assist customers with data entry to facilitate loan acquisition
• Forward customer inquiries to credit specialists
• Contribute to process improvement and quality management

📋 Requirements

• First professional experience in direct customer contact, ideally phone-based (sales)
• Strong communication skills and ability to analyze customer needs
• Native-level German language proficiency
• Computer proficiency and quick adaptability to new systems
