You'll own how the product team operates, building and scaling processes that make good product decisions repeatable. You'll report to the CPO and lead cross-team initiatives like quarterly planning and AI automation. Drive operational excellence across a globally trusted fundraising platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize and lead new Product Ops initiatives cross-functionally.
• Design and drive adoption of major process changes across Product.
• Own quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment.
• Build shared frameworks for prioritization and decision-making.
• Identify and automate high-leverage AI workflow improvements.

• Process design experience in a product or tech environment.
• Cross-functional influence to align stakeholders without authority.
