Responsibilities

• Lead team to achieve KPIs like OPH, NPS, SPH, and sales conversion
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services (piercing, engraving)
• Participate in monthly inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Support onboarding, performance assessment, and employee engagement
