Description

You will own testing strategies, execution, and continuous improvement for e-commerce and customer-facing applications at Coupang. This role involves designing test plans, automating across mobile/web/backend, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on software test automation experience
• Proficient in Java or Python
• Experience with PyTest, Appium, or Selenium
• Familiarity with distributed service architectures

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans for large-scale cross-functional projects
• Develop and execute automation across mobile, web, and backend platforms
• Define and enforce QA standards, best practices, and quality trend analysis
• Lead incident management and drive resolution of production issues
• Mentor team members and coordinate across teams to remove roadblocks
