You'll lead a team of 2-3 Senior Data Engineers at Vestiaire Collective, the leading global platform for pre-loved fashion. You'll own the data platform reliability and drive AI innovation to scale infrastructure for the future. This role combines people leadership with technical direction in a hybrid Paris-based position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and support a team of 2-3 senior Data Engineers
• Drive reliability and scalability of core data infrastructure
• Lead platform enablement and cost optimization initiatives
• Define infrastructure strategy for AI and ML use cases

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and SQL
• Solid experience with distributed data processing (Spark, Kafka)
• Experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow)
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal data platforms
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Exposure to FinOps and cost optimization practices
