💼 About This Role

You'll manage philanthropic partnerships with individual and corporate donors for a DREAM Charter Schools network. You'll cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major donors, collaborating with a diverse team toward a $21M annual revenue goal. This role offers the chance to build long-term relationships with NYC's leading donors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 100-150 major gift prospects
• Design and execute cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Conduct donor meetings and visits to deepen relationships
• Collaborate with program team to secure career partnership opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of direct fundraising experience with individual or corporate donors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Salesforce to manage donor activity and revenue pipeline

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Experience with strategic management of a major gifts portfolio
• Working knowledge of the NYC philanthropic community
