You'll manage full-life cycle recruitment for experienced candidates at Axon, helping build teams that Protect Life. You will guide candidates and hiring teams through the process while using data insights to improve strategies. This hybrid role is based in London and emphasizes in-person collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
• Support hiring partners with recruiting strategies and pipelining
• Use LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse for sourcing and pipelining
• Develop diverse talent pipelines and drive DEI strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing and building strong candidate pipelines
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions for exempt and non-exempt roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
