You'll own end-to-end growth across a portfolio of enterprise and mid-tier clients, balancing new business acquisition with long-term client success and retention. Leading a high-performing team, you'll craft data-driven plans across Media, Incentives, and Insights to deliver measurable value for clients and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in digital media/advertising, marketing analytics, and/or incentives/insights.
  • 5+ years in sales or account management.
  • 3+ years managing teams of 4+.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
  • Acute understanding of marketing, insights, and agency landscapes.
  • Data-to-insights acumen and strong executive presence.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel 35–50%.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional/vertical commercial strategy and pipeline for new business acquisition.
  • Lead organic growth strategy across Media, Incentives, and Insights; ensure high retention rates.
  • Build, inspire, and retain a diverse team of Client Success Client Partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Campaign Operations to shape offerings and ensure execution.
  • Own quarterly/annual revenue planning, forecast accuracy, and pipeline coverage.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and represent the company at industry forums.
