Description
You'll own end-to-end growth across a portfolio of enterprise and mid-tier clients, balancing new business acquisition with long-term client success and retention. Leading a high-performing team, you'll craft data-driven plans across Media, Incentives, and Insights to deliver measurable value for clients and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in digital media/advertising, marketing analytics, and/or incentives/insights.
- 5+ years in sales or account management.
- 3+ years managing teams of 4+.
- Demonstrated success exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
- Acute understanding of marketing, insights, and agency landscapes.
- Data-to-insights acumen and strong executive presence.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel 35–50%.
Responsibilities
- Own regional/vertical commercial strategy and pipeline for new business acquisition.
- Lead organic growth strategy across Media, Incentives, and Insights; ensure high retention rates.
- Build, inspire, and retain a diverse team of Client Success Client Partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Campaign Operations to shape offerings and ensure execution.
- Own quarterly/annual revenue planning, forecast accuracy, and pipeline coverage.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and represent the company at industry forums.
