💼 About This Role

You'll lead the extraction and purification team at Curaleaf, ensuring efficient production of high-quality cannabis concentrates. Your core impact will be managing daily operations, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. You'll operate sophisticated CO2 and ethanol extraction equipment in a fast-paced lab environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise extraction and purification staff, including scheduling and training
• Operate and maintain extraction equipment: CO2 systems, centrifuges, rotovaps
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain inventory records

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry or related field with 2-3 years lab/manufacturing experience
• Experience with supercritical extraction and rotary evaporation
• Ability to operate HPLC and GC instrumentation
• Must be at least 21 years of age

✨ Nice to Have

• QA/QC experience with HPLC and GC analysis
• 1+ year in the cannabis industry
• Experience with scientific writing for processes and procedures
