  • Lead compensation programs and projects to scale People infrastructure.
  • Guide People Business Partners during compensation planning and calibration sessions.
  • Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses for internal equity.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Compensation roles.
  • Experience with job architecture and market analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to export control.
