๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead compensation programs and projects to scale People infrastructure.
- Guide People Business Partners during compensation planning and calibration sessions.
- Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses for internal equity.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Compensation roles.
- Experience with job architecture and market analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to export control.
