💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development and execution of retail displays and merchandising collateral for the rhode brand. You'll own project timelines and support in-store activations from concept through launch. This role offers the chance to shape brand presence across specialty retail environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute retail displays and in-store materials from concept to activation
• Build and maintain project timelines and launch schedules for cross-functional teams
• Conduct prototype reviews and provide technically informed vendor feedback
• Track budgets, estimates, and invoices to support cost control

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising or retail project management
• Beauty industry experience required
• Working knowledge of retail production processes and materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Specialty retail experience preferred
• International beauty experience preferred
