💼 About This Role

You'll drive design across the full Gumloop AI automation platform, from concept to delivery. You'll own high-impact product experiences used by teams at companies like Gusto and Ramp. This role offers ownership of a core design system and collaboration with a world-class team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive product design from concept to delivery including sketches and prototypes
• Build out and maintain Gumloop UI design system
• Collaborate with brand and marketing on landing pages and assets
• Lead design critiques to ensure consistency across the product

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience for SaaS products
• Strong eye for design and sharp attention to detail
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-native product experiences
• Ability to work closely with engineers and ship at a fast pace

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced Figma skills including component systems and prototyping
• Motion design experience
• Background designing for developer tools or technical audiences
