Description
You will provide exceptional service to institutional and enterprise clients, resolving technical, account, and trade-related enquiries via phone, ticket, and live chat. You'll help clients understand the trade lifecycle, including funding, transfers, and margin calculation, while collaborating with internal teams to escalate issues.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- At least 1-2 years experience in a large financial institution (new grads with strong grasp of core competencies considered)
- Licensed with SFC 1, 2 and 3 or ability to obtain within probation
- Fluency in English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
- Proficiency in Excel, JIRA/Confluence is a plus
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical, account, and trade-related enquiries via telephone, ticket, and live chat
- Take ownership and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
- Assist clients with funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statement reconciliation
- Handle ad hoc projects such as client outreach, platform training, and market research
