You'll own training and product knowledge for Clay's customer-facing technical teams, designing onboarding programs and leading live sessions. You'll build the systems that help teams ramp faster, service customers effectively, and hit retention targets. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape enablement at a fast-growing SaaS company backed by world-class investors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design role-based onboarding programs for Support, Services, and SE teams.
- Lead live training sessions, product deep-dives, and hands-on workshops.
- Translate new releases and features into clear practical content.
- Develop certifications and knowledge checks to assess technical fluency.
- Measure program effectiveness through ramp time and team feedback.
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years in Technical Enablement, Customer Success, or similar role in SaaS.
- Strong communicator comfortable running workshops and executive conversations.
- Technically fluent in data workflows, APIs, integrations, and automation.
- Experience building and scaling enablement programs like onboarding and certifications.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with modern GTM tech stack (Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with enablement systems like Notion, Gong, or LMS.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
