💼 About This Role

You'll work with the sales team to demonstrate the Restaurant365 platform and configure products for users. You'll serve as a technical resource, answering product questions and assisting with RFPs. This role bridges the product and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication of new features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain expert status on all Restaurant365 features and partnering platforms
• Create and deliver presentations that communicate value proposition
• Act as technical resource for sales team on product questions
• Train sales team on product knowledge and new features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years proven work experience in customer service or sales
• Intermediate accounting principles understanding
• Expert in restaurant finance and/or operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of restaurant software systems
• Experience in a SaaS environment
