You'll own a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market hotel groups, guiding them to maximum value from the Mews platform. Your commercial instincts and relationship-driven approach will directly shape retention, growth, and payments adoption. This role offers a 20% commission on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive post-onboarding adoption, retention, and expansion across your portfolio
  • Run strategic check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders
  • Identify and progress cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor account health and manage risks proactively

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience in a quota-carrying environment
  • Bilingual fluency in Gujarati and English
  • Experience managing an SMB or Mid-Market portfolio with retention accountability

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior relationships within the AAHOA member community
  • Experience with Property Management Systems
  • Background in hospitality or travel industry
