You'll own a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market hotel groups, guiding them to maximum value from the Mews platform. Your commercial instincts and relationship-driven approach will directly shape retention, growth, and payments adoption. This role offers a 20% commission on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive post-onboarding adoption, retention, and expansion across your portfolio
- Run strategic check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders
- Identify and progress cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Monitor account health and manage risks proactively
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience in a quota-carrying environment
- Bilingual fluency in Gujarati and English
- Experience managing an SMB or Mid-Market portfolio with retention accountability

- Prior relationships within the AAHOA member community
