💼 About This Role
You'll lead experiential marketing strategies for Spotify's K-pop team, bridging physical live experiences with digital streaming. You'll execute high-impact activations like album launches and artist showcases to strengthen the bond between artists and fans. This role offers the chance to shape K-pop culture globally while working in Seoul with cross-functional teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop experiential marketing strategies connecting physical and digital fan experiences
- Conceptualize and execute album launches, artist showcases, and Spotify-led cultural moments
- Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, music, creative, comms, and analytics
- Collaborate with artists, labels, and external partners to bring culturally relevant ideas to life
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in experiential, consumer, or integrated marketing within entertainment
- Proven experience leading end-to-end production of live or experiential campaigns
- Experience working with artists, creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Korean and English with strong communication skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of K-pop culture and audience behaviors
- Experience with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, or Keynote
