💼 About This Role

You'll participate in a structured 12-to-18-month development program for recent graduates interested in industrial sales. You'll receive comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and dedicated mentorship while working alongside experienced Account Managers. This program prepares you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in structured training at a sales hub
• Learn full cycle outside sales skills
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls
• Build relationships with new and existing customers

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training in a related field
• Ability to start work in Summer/Winter 2026
• Willingness to relocate for training and final placement
• Mechanical interest and aptitude

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field
• Coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance
• Internship or co-op experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing
