Description

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Legion, you will configure and demonstrate our workforce management technology to prospective customers, partnering with the Enterprise Sales team to tailor presentations and proof-of-concept demos. You'll diagnose labor management challenges, address technical risks, and support competitive differentiation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software pre-sales experience
• Technical skills: SQL, Unix, Postman, scripting language, Excel, data configuration
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
• Superior organizational and project management skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment; early stage startup experience desired

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales with demos, proof-of-concept presentations, and technical RFP responses
• Define and present how Legion's platform addresses prospect's critical business and operational issues
• Identify potential risks/gaps and eliminate obstacles through creative approaches
• Become an expert on all Legion products
• Participate in competitive landscape and differentiation discussions
