Description

In this role, you will use advanced analytics to drive supply growth through innovative incentives. You'll conduct deep data analysis, define metrics, run experiments, and partner with cross-functional teams to generate insights that shape strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with a degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in quantitative field
• Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within marketplace or business strategy
• Strong expertise in Python or R and SQL
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT)
• Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis
• Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile, growth-minded approach with history of driving projects from ideation to impact

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with business teams to provide data-driven insights
• Analyze impact of incentives on bookings, revenue, profitability, occupancy, churn, etc.
• Define new metrics and identify leading indicators
• Build dashboards to track performance metrics and establish benchmarks
• Conduct A/B tests to improve business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, and Data Science
