You'll own AlertMedia's most complex high-value customer relationships, driving adoption and retention for strategic accounts with $1M+ ARR. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure each customer achieves their goals and realizes maximum value from the platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own success strategies for strategic accounts, including stakeholder mapping and value realization
- Act as voice of customer internally, influencing roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Lead cross-functional account discussions coordinating Implementation, Support, Product, Sales
- Conduct effective business reviews highlighting realized value and new features
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager
- 3+ years supporting Enterprise customers with $1M+ ARR
- Proven ability to operate as trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce
