💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-stack development across our insurance platform, collaborating with company leadership on high-impact technical challenges. You'll architect and ship features, mentor teammates, and help shape a culture of excellence. This hybrid role is based in our downtown Austin office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and ship high-quality code across the full platform
• Collaborate with Product to design customer-centric features
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve system-level issues
• Proactively identify opportunities for system performance and code health

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-stack development with complex feature ownership
• Degree in CS/EE
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Relational databases, Git, and AWS
• Ability to learn and adapt to best-in-class tools like Linear and Cursor
