You'll manage day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations. You'll act as the bridge between internal teams and an external accounting firm, ensuring accurate financial records. This role reduces administrative burden on founders while maintaining strong financial control.

  • Reconcile bank transactions and match expenses with receipts
  • Prepare and organize accounting documentation for external firm
  • Generate client invoices and track incoming payments
  • Coordinate supplier invoices and prepare payment runs
  • Maintain cash flow tracking and monthly financial summaries

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in bookkeeping or finance operations
  • Proven experience working with external accountants
  • Familiarity with DATEV, Zoho, SevDesk, or Google Sheets
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
