💼 About This Role

You'll drive strategic growth across Ministries of Defense and Interior in the EMEA region, owning accounts and developing deep relationships to enable mission-critical adoption of autonomous UAS solutions. Your focus will be on ISR, force protection, and border security programs, operating within complex multi-country government procurement environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive new business across Ministries of Defense, Interior, and national police
• Own and execute mission-aligned account strategies for defense and security
• Build pipeline aligned to complex public-sector procurement cycles
• Navigate tenders, framework agreements, and government contracting structures

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years selling into defense or government environments
• Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder deals with MOD/MOI
• Strong understanding of EMEA government procurement structures
• Familiarity with NATO standards, export controls, and data sovereignty

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in UAS, aerospace, or ISR systems
• Operational experience in military or law enforcement
• Additional European or regional languages
