• Define key retail issues and perform root cause analysis
• Plan, execute and manage end-to-end program performance
• Manage program roadmap, goals, scope, schedule, and resources
• Collaborate with category, CX, and logistics teams for project delivery

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading programs or projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes
• Ability to structure complex problems into actionable plans
• Proven stakeholder collaboration for successful project delivery
• Strong business English communication skills
