💼 About This Role

You'll lead a remote team of up to 35 volunteer translators and editors to support Kiva's loan review process. Your core impact is fostering community engagement and ensuring efficient operations to help Kiva fund microloans globally. You'll gain leadership experience in a fully remote, multicultural environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of up to 35 volunteer translators and editors
• Motivate and support team members for consistent loan review
• Write and post weekly team updates from Kiva staff
• Maintain regular email contact to answer questions and solve problems

📋 Requirements

• Proficient and comfortable with written English
• Able to commit to 4-6 hours per week for 13 months
• Organized and able to keep up with deadlines
• Comfortable using internet, email, and basic office applications
