Description

You will develop business insights, report KPIs, analyze market trends, and provide financial insights to support key decisions. You'll work with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from a leading university
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Financial Consulting
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis to monitor operating and financial trends across revenue, expenses, and headcount
• Monitor and report key financial and operational metrics and KPIs
• Conduct research on external and internal business drivers to measure impact
• Prepare quarterly presentations for senior management and Board
• Support forecasting and annual/long-term business planning
