🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead domestic and international M&A and strategic transactions
• Provide securities counsel and SEC reporting support
• Advise on equity compensation and corporate governance
• Build scalable M&A processes and templates
• Oversee subsidiary maintenance and compliance

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and active CA bar membership
• 5+ years in Corporate or M&A at a top-tier law firm
• Deep expertise in domestic/cross-border M&A and securities
• Ability to translate legalese for non-legal audiences
