🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead global compensation program design and governance
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle with Finance and leadership
  • Conduct market benchmarking using Mercer, Radford, Zviran
  • Oversee global benefits strategy and vendor relationships

  • 8-12+ years of progressive compensation and total rewards experience
  • Experience with executive compensation and board-level reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for complex modeling
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools like Mercer or Radford
