You'll set technical direction, define engineering standards, and lead 1–3 engineers while staying hands-on. This role combines backend reliability with data trustworthiness for a product-led company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver high-impact backend systems
• Set and evolve backend engineering standards
• Own analytics infrastructure and event taxonomy
• Ship experimentation infrastructure for A/B testing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend systems on AWS
• Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude or Appsflyer
• Backend engineering for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
• Experience with RevenueCat or similar subscription tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on with AI/ML or LLM-based products
• Experience with NestJS framework
• Python with Apache Airflow
