• 12+ years of Software Development experience
• 3+ years in Engineering Management roles
• Experience hiring and building top talent teams
• Experience delivering enterprise-quality scalable distributed systems
• Experience working with cross-geo global engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Engineering team supporting critical infrastructure across multi-cloud environments
• Own operational excellence for production environments with strong processes and accountability
• Champion metrics-driven culture to improve KPIs like MTTA/MTTR
• Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and career development
• Plan and manage on-call rotations and escalation models
