Description

You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound campaigns to build a great first expression. You will work with senior-level stakeholders across multiple verticals, manage the full sales cycle, and help shape GTM processes during a period of hypergrowth.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of work experience in Business Development or Sales for API-based, fast-paced/hyper-growth SaaS companies with hands-on experience in Lead generation
  • Familiarity across the entire customer acquisition cycle
  • Experience solving problems with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Passion for being with customers, telling their stories, expanding relationships in a strategic manner
  • Experience supporting BFSI, Tech, Fintech, Gaming, etc. industry segments
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Continually pursue professional and personal growth, able to receive and act on feedback
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn a technical product and deliver its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong HubSpot or similar sales CRM experience

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social platforms
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and qualify leads
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects
  • Team with field and channel sales teams to build pipelines and close deals
  • Conduct effective online demos for prospects
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales managers for further development
  • Research potential target markets and create actionable target prospects lists
  • Work efficiently both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
