💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow a portfolio of partnerships at Lovable, a platform that lets anyone build software. You'll manage relationships with ecosystem partners and strategic cloud/infrastructure partners, driving joint GTM strategies, negotiating terms, and feeding insights into the product roadmap. This role directly shapes how millions of users build software through high-impact ecosystem partnerships and strategic cloud alliances.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end partner relationships from onboarding through growth and renewal.
  • Identify and shape joint GTM opportunities with marketing team execution.
  • Run regular business reviews and maintain executive-level partner relationships.
  • Negotiate partnership scopes and terms with legal and finance.
  • Track performance against KPIs like adoption, pipeline, and revenue.

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years in platform partnerships or strategic alliances at a SaaS company.
  • Experience managing both ecosystem and strategic partners with different approaches.
  • Proven track record negotiating partnership agreements and understanding value flow.
  • Technically curious: understand integrations without writing code.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with major cloud provider partner programs (co-sell, marketplace).
  • Background in developer tools, productivity software, or AI-native products.
  • Familiarity with integration ecosystems: APIs, webhooks, marketplace listings.
