You'll lead the post-sale customer relationship for a global shipping platform, driving onboarding, retention, and expansion. You will build and scale a high-performing Customer Success function in India, ensuring every client realizes measurable value. This role reports directly to the Co-Founder.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute long-term Customer Success strategy aligned with OKRs
  • Own commercial health metrics: NRR, Retention, Expansion, CSAT
  • Build and manage structured onboarding program for fast time-to-value
  • Manage executive-level relationships with key accounts

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles
  • 3–5 years in senior Customer Success leadership
  • Proven track record of owning NRR, retention, and expansion targets
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar CS platforms
