πΌ About This Role
You'll lead the post-sale customer relationship for a global shipping platform, driving onboarding, retention, and expansion. You will build and scale a high-performing Customer Success function in India, ensuring every client realizes measurable value. This role reports directly to the Co-Founder.
π― What You'll Do
- Define and execute long-term Customer Success strategy aligned with OKRs
- Own commercial health metrics: NRR, Retention, Expansion, CSAT
- Build and manage structured onboarding program for fast time-to-value
- Manage executive-level relationships with key accounts
π Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles
- 3β5 years in senior Customer Success leadership
- Proven track record of owning NRR, retention, and expansion targets
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar CS platforms
