💼 About This Role

You'll design and build backend services using NestJS and TypeScript for our AI recruiting platform. You'll lead major technical efforts, make architecture decisions, and ensure our systems scale as we grow. This role offers early-stage equity and a chance to shape the product from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build backend services using TypeScript and NestJS
• Develop and document REST and GraphQL APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data management
• Own backend performance, reliability, and observability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building production-grade backend systems
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js and NestJS
• Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL, Redis, and caching strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building secure auth systems (OAuth2, SSO)
• Familiarity with async patterns or event-driven systems (BullMQ, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to AI/ML tooling or vector databases
