💼 About This Role

You'll own the change safety infrastructure for Persona's engineering organization, building deploy pipelines, rollback mechanisms, and anomaly detection that let every engineer ship fast without breaking production. You'll define safe-to-ship standards as AI-assisted development accelerates code velocity. This role is part of a small senior team focused on resilience at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deploy pipeline strategy and rollback mechanisms
• Set expectations around test coverage and CI guardrails
• Build automated canary analysis and anomaly detection
• Design progressive delivery systems for safe continuous deployment

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Built or substantially improved deploy pipelines or CI/CD systems
• Hands-on experience with multi-regional applications and database migrations
• Proactive problem-solving approach

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Ruby/Rails
• Experience with Kubernetes, Argo Rollouts, LaunchDarkly, or Statsig
• Background in incident response or SRE
