Description

You will lead the treasury operations team, overseeing cash management, crypto operations, and payment systems. Your mission is to drive process automation, ensure scalability, and implement robust controls to support Luno's global growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive corporate treasury operations experience, with significant time at crypto or fintech company.
• Proven experience scaling treasury operations in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in cash management, payments, and crypto-asset operations.
• Strong experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., IT2, Kyriba).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Treasury Operations, aligning with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of treasury processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee global cash management, forecasting, and liquidity for fiat and cryptocurrencies.
• Manage operations of crypto-asset holdings, including custody, settlements, and reconciliation.
• Develop and monitor internal control framework for treasury operations.
