Description
You will drive utilization of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen by building relationships with OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors in Central Louisiana. This field sales role involves developing strategic business plans, managing the full sales lifecycle, and representing the company at industry events to expand access to innovative prenatal diagnostics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, calling on providers in the territory
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong presentation and listening skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize opportunities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors
- Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization in the assigned geography
- Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events
