💼 About This Role
You'll run the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing 7-8 figure deals with Fortune 1000 companies. You'll be one of the first Enterprise AEs building playbooks and processes as Rilla scales. This role is for elite hunters who want to build a generational company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Run full enterprise cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing
- Sell to C-Suite and operational leaders in field-heavy enterprises
- Lead multi-threaded sales cycles with cross-functional support
- Build playbooks and repeatable processes as founding AE
📋 Requirements
- 3-4+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales closing 7-8 figure ACVs
- Proven success selling into Fortune 1000 companies
- Strong technical fluency: demoing, integrations, API/workflow mapping
- Evidence of consistent self-sourced pipeline generation
