  • Monitor and respond to IT support tickets

  • Six years of senior IT support experience
  • Degree in IT, Computing, or related field
  • Experience supporting macOS and Windows users
  • Experience with SaaS product administration (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce)

  • Understanding of CIS principles
