Description

You will work with BBYO to create and support Jewish enrichment experiences for teens during regional conventions. You'll coach teens in leading pluralistic Jewish moments, facilitate programs, and help shape meaningful Jewish learning opportunities.

• Comfortable in pluralistic communities
• Authentic relationship to Jewish learning, practice, and identity
• Experience facilitating teen-led services and Jewish enrichment
• Ability to represent BBYO culture and Jewish values

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional staff to plan Jewish enrichment moments for conventions
• Coach teen leaders in preparing Shabbat, Havdalah, and other ritual moments
• Edit outlines and scripts for Jewish programs
• Facilitate Jewish Learning Lab with interactive exhibits and programs during conventions
• Attend and help facilitate assigned activities including meal rituals
