You'll support the General Manager in achieving sales and operational goals as a key leader. You'll drive daily operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring a best-in-center customer experience. This role offers the chance to coach and develop team members in a specialty culinary retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the sales floor as Manager on Duty, overseeing daily store operations.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate team performance.
• Maintain expertise on products and assist in training new associates.
• Complete inventory transactions including receiving and markdowns.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Specialty or culinary retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
